Rules for Registration
PLAYER REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 04/1/2025
(A $10 late fee will be added to the registration fee after this deadline.)

$52 ($5 discount if registered during early bird period)

A $10 late fee will be applied to all registrations submitted after the APRIL 1st, 2025 registration deadline.
Before you register your player, here are some IMPORTANT things to know:
Please be aware that we DO NOT register individual players. You must receive a link and a code from the coach to join a specific team. You can find a list of participating teams and clubs on the ACTIVE TEAMS PAGE.
Please make sure you over the rules, policies, and expected behavior of all parents, family members, and spectators.
Make sure your team has registered so that you may select your team.
When paying online with a Credit Card, a usage fee (3.5%) will be applied.
Facility Rules
A. Soccer fields are usually available on a first-come, first-served basis, and fees are required. B. No one can use a field if it conflicts with someone who has prior permission. C. People behaving disruptively or dangerously may be warned to stop by staff. If their behavior is illegal or threatens safety, staff can ask them to leave the facility. **Glass Beverage Bottles or Containers and Alcohol** A. No one is allowed to use or have glass beverage bottles or containers in any part of the soccer facility. permission from the department. Code of Conduct
Maleno 29 follows the Code of Conduct established by US Youth Soccer: Code of Conduct Policy
Bullying, Harrasment, Hazing
**Maleno 29 prohibits representatives, members, and participants from engaging in repeated or severe behavior that:** 1. Causes fear, humiliation, or annoyance. 2. Offends or degrades others. 3. Creates a Hostile Environment (defined below). 4. Shows discriminatory bias aimed at establishing power or dominance based on gender, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, or disability, or anything considered harassment under federal or state law. (b) **Conduct is not considered harassment if it:** 1. Is an accidental hurtful comment or action. 2. Is a hurtful comment or action that is not part of a pattern. 3. Comes from a conflict between people with differing views or opinions. (c) **A "Hostile Environment" exists when conduct is so severe, ongoing, or pervasive that it interferes with someone's ability to participate in a program or activity.** Conduct is considered severe or pervasive from both a personal and reasonable outside view. A Hostile Environment can be created by repeated behavior or a single severe incident, especially if physical. A single incident, such as unwanted physical contact, may be enough to create a Hostile Environment, while a single offensive comment usually is not. Factors to consider include: 1. How severe the conduct is. 2. Whether it was physically threatening. 3. How it affected the victim’s mental or emotional state. 4. Whether it targeted multiple people. 5. Whether it happened alongside other discriminatory behavior. 6. Whether it interfered with someone’s participation in sports, education, or work. 7. Whether it raised concerns related to free speech. **Section 114: Hazing** (a) **Maleno 29 prohibits hazing** during any sanctioned program, event, activity, or competition.
Mandatory Reporting
(a) **Maleno 29 requires all representatives, members, and participants to immediately report any violations or suspected violations of the Maleno 29 Code of Conduct** during sanctioned programs, events, activities, or competitions to a team official or Maleno 29 representative. (b) **Maleno 29 takes all reports of inappropriate behavior or suspicions of abuse seriously.** (c) **Maleno 29 follows all laws requiring reports to law enforcement** and requires representatives, members, and participants to notify an official or law enforcement directly. (d) **Retaliation against anyone who reports misconduct in good faith is strictly prohibited.**
